- Company pays 100% of the employee medical, dental and vision

Continuing Education
Hatton Godat Pantier encourages
employees to participate
in continuing education programs and advance
their skills and careers through education
and training. The company reimburses tuition
or fees for work related training or classes,
upon management approval,
for up to one class per academic quarter.
Where possible, work schedules will be adjusted and flex-time privileges extended to employees
in an effort to further their continuing education. Hatton Godat Pantier also pays professional
license fees and membership dues for technical societies.
The company also sponsors monthly Brown
Bag Lunch training sessions
presented by employees on
various topics related to
the industry.
