Full Insurance Package: Life, Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability
- Company pays 100% of the employee premium.
- Employees may choose a traditional or managed care plan.
- Premiums for covered dependents may be deducted on a pre-tax basis.
- 80% medical coverage if a Preferred Provider is utilized; otherwise 70% coverage.
- Pays 60% of salary (to a maximum of $1,000 per week) for short-term disability.
- Pays 60% of salary (to a maximum of $6,000) for long-term disability.
- Pays 100% premium of life insurance in the amount of your annual salary up to $50,000.
- Employees may elect to purchase additional life insurance. Premiums for supplemental life insurance are deducted on a pre-tax basis.
401k Retirement Plan
- Offers an investmen/retirement plan with over 600 available fund choices.
- Elective contributions up to 15% of gross pay to a maximum of $15,500 for 2009 on a pre-tax basis.
- Employee contributions matched dollar-for-dollar
for the first 3% and 50% for the next
2%.
- Profit sharing may also be provided through this plan.

- 10 days accrued per year for 0- 5 years of service.

- May accrue leave up to 160 hours at the end of each year.
- Sick leave accrued at 9 days a year
- Maximum sick leave accrual of 320 hours.
Education and Training Assistance
Hatton Godat Pantier encourages
employees to participate
in continuing education programs to advance
their skills and careers. The company reimburses tuition
or fees for work related training or classes,
upon management approval,
for up to one class per academic quarter.
Where possible, work schedules will be adjusted and flex-time privileges extended to employees
in an effort to further their continuing education. Hatton Godat Pantier also pays professional
license fees and membership dues for technical societies.
