Hatton Godat Pantier helps Cabela’s launch in time for the holidays
November 2007

Cabela's, The Worlds Foremost Outfitter, chose to construct a 200,000 square foot retail destination in Lacey, WA. Hatton Godat Pantier was tasked with developing a site plan for the 1,200 stall parking lot on nearly 30 acres, obtaining Land Use Approval for the facility, as well as full civil engineering construction permits.

The trick was that all of this had to happen within six months in order for the store to be open for the Christmas 2007 shopping season. Through many hours and a very cooperative and creative team including the City of Lacey, what many thought was impossible was accomplished and the store opened on time.
